About
We are hiring an Inside Sales Executive - SaaS Solutions for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline development.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in B2B SaaS sales and a strong interest in outbound sales activities. You will work closely with the sales team to generate quality opportunities and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect potential clients through outbound channels including cold emails, LinkedIn, and calls
- Generate and qualify leads for the Account Executives
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns with personalized communication
- Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM systems (HubSpot / Salesforce)
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion strategies
- Meet monthly KPIs related to outreach, lead generation, and meetings booked
- Share prospect feedback and market insights with internal teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / SDR / BDR roles
- Strong B2B SaaS sales or SaaS prospecting experience
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or ZoomInfo
- Strong CRM platform knowledge (HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented outbound sales environment
- Self-driven and disciplined approach toward sales activities
Good to Have
- Experience with AI SaaS, CRM, or sales tech products
- Exposure to international client handling or outbound sales
- Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes
- Experience working in startup environments
