Role Description
We are hiring for the role of Inside Sales Executive | Relationship Manager in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time on-site role where you will engage in managing leads, consulting prospective clients, and guiding them through the property buying, selling, or renting process. Key responsibilities include generating leads, acquiring new customers, nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting NoBroker’s products and services. You will work collaboratively with teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
- Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Proven abilities in Sales to meet and exceed individual and team targets
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a focus on delivering results
- Self-motivation, proactive problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach
- Any experience in the real estate or Proptech sectors will be an added advantage
