- Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for converting leads into paid users of OptionX. This role involves engaging with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, WhatsApp, and live demos, to effectively communicate the value of our platform and address any questions or concerns they may have. Key Responsibilities:
- ● Responsible for achieving revenue targets through selling of subscription based financial products to the clients over phone calls.
- ● Generate leads and Initiate/manage communication with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email and live demos.
- ● Understand customer needs and tailor your communication to address their specific requirements.
- ● Follow up with leads to ensure they have all the information they need to make an informed decision. ● Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly.
- ● Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
