Overview
The Inside Sales Executive - Medical Device is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our innovative medical device products. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively communicate with healthcare professionals, understand their needs, and provide relevant solutions. The objective is to build strong customer relationships, follow up on leads, and ultimately convert prospects into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the medical field.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the features and benefits of medical devices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular sales forecasts to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and generate leads.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
- Basic understanding of medical device technology and regulatory requirements in the healthcare field.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and sales software to enhance productivity.
- Capability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events as needed.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to influence and persuade clients.
