Job Description
We are looking for motivated and performance-driven Inside Sales Executives/ Managers to join our growing sales team. The role involves engaging with prospective clients, converting qualified leads into successful closures, and driving consistent revenue growth. This is a performance based role requiring strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills within the EdTech domain.

Key Responsibilities
• Engage with inbound and outbound leads provided by the company through calls and virtual meetings.
• Make outbound calls to introduce i2Global’s education programs, franchise opportunities, and training solutions.
• Counsel prospective clients by understanding their needs and presenting suitable offerings.
• Identify serious prospects and schedule virtual meetings or follow-ups for closures.
• Drive conversions through effective follow-ups, negotiations, and high-intent discussions.
• Maintain accurate records of lead status, call remarks, progress updates, and closures in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling demos, resolving queries, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Share regular lead status updates, objections, and performance reports with the reporting manager.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly calling, qualification, revenue, and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure smooth lead handling and improved conversions.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• For BDE: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, lead generation, or inside sales (EdTech preferred).
• For BDM: Minimum 2+ year of experience in sales or counseling roles with proven closure ability.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-driven mindset with strong ownership and urgency.
• Ability to work under pressure with consistent follow-ups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, email communication, Google Sheets, or MS Office is a plus.
