Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive L-1, located in Bengaluru South. The primary responsibilities include engaging with potential customers to understand their property requirements, managing leads, and guiding them through the sales process. The role involves generating and converting leads, effectively communicating with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will also handle customer inquiries and ensure a seamless experience throughout the customer journey.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills with a proven ability to convert leads into customers
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively build relationships with clients
- Solid understanding of Customer Service principles to address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets in a dynamic environment
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related technology is an advantage
- Previous experience in real estate sales or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
