- Conduct both extensive research to identify potential companies and prospects from the target market
- Create and manage database with contact details for the qualified prospects
- Collect market intelligence through secondary research on the target accounts for efficient sales strategy
- Create calling, email scripts to effectively deliver the messaging crafted by the sales, marketing teams
- Conduct targeted sales calls (cold calling) to gain, validate key customer information, promote services and achieve appointments for the field sales team
- Conduct email campaigns, handle responses and qualify them into leads
- Act as a plug-n-play resource for different campaigns targeting separate services to separate markets
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Participate in management meetings to provide campaign status reports, share market feedback and help fine tune the outreach methodology
