Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside/Inbound Sales Specialist with experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Web3/Blockchain services. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, understanding client requirements, conducting product/service discussions, and converting prospects into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries generated through website, LinkedIn, referrals, marketing campaigns, and other channels
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT, SaaS, or Blockchain solutions
- Conduct initial sales discussions, follow-ups, and lead qualification
- Schedule meetings, demos, and coordinate with technical teams for client discussions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and follow-up communications
- Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline
- Build strong client relationships and ensure positive customer experience
- Achieve monthly lead conversion and sales targets
- Stay updated with industry trends in SaaS, IT services, and Web3/Blockchain ecosystem
Required Skills:
- 2–3 years of experience in IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or Inbound Sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Experience handling inbound leads and client interactions
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email communication
- Basic understanding of Web3 and Blockchain concepts is preferred
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working in a startup environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM/BBA or relevant degree preferred
- Experience handling international clients is an added advantage
- Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or Blockchain/Web3 industry preferred
