Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Connect with potential learners via calls and guide them on suitable courses
- Identify and qualify prospective leads through research and outreach
- Work closely with the sales team to improve lead generation strategies
- Maintain and update lead data using MS Excel and Google Sheets
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Coordinate for meetings, follow-ups, and conversions
- Manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
