Role Overview:
MVerse360 is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, outreach, and scheduling meetings with potential clients. The role requires strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with decision makers, and the ability to build meaningful conversations that lead to business opportunities.
The candidate will work closely with the leadership team to support business development efforts across services such as website development, mobile app development, and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, online directories, and other platforms
• Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and calls to introduce company services
• Qualify prospects and understand their business needs
• Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead information and conversation records
• Conduct regular follow ups with prospects to maintain engagement
• Support lead generation campaigns and outbound sales initiatives
• Work towards achieving monthly outreach and meeting targets
Required Skills & Experience
• Experience in lead generation or inside sales for IT services, SaaS, or technology solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confidence in speaking with professionals and decision makers
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and email communication for outreach
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently
• Good organizational and follow up skills
• Ability to handle rejection positively and stay persistent.
Experience
• 2 to 3 years experience in inside sales or lead generation will be preferred
• Confident freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
Important Requirement
Candidates must have their own laptop or computer and a stable internet connection to work from home.
Salary Range
Annual ₹ 1,20,000 - ₹ 1,50,000
