Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Executive role, based on-site in Bengaluru North. The position involves engaging with potential leads to identify sales opportunities, generating new business leads, effectively communicating the value of products and services to customers, and providing excellent customer service. The goal is to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and a strong understanding of Lead Generation processes
- Excellent Communication skills, including strong verbal and written abilities
- Experience in Customer Service and a focus on building lasting relationships
- Basic knowledge and interest in Sales methodologies and strategies
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude
- Proficiency in using CRM tools is an added advantage
- Effective teamwork and collaboration skills
