Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive in the EdTech sector. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing inbound and outbound sales calls, identifying potential customers, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves understanding customer needs, providing relevant EdTech solutions, and achieving monthly sales targets while maintaining exemplary customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes, including the ability to identify and convert potential leads.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build relationships and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Proficiency in Sales techniques, including understanding customer needs and achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior EdTech or education industry experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is advantageous.
