Role Description
This is an in-person, full-time role based in Bangalore for an Inside Sales Representative specializing in EdTech. Core responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients, understanding their educational needs, driving lead generation, managing customer accounts, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role focuses on strengthening relationships with clients while meeting sales goals and contributing to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert prospects into clients.
- Strong expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Experience in Account Management to effectively oversee client interactions and ensure retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and meet sales targets consistently.
- Previous experience in the EdTech industry or a related field is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
