Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The role involves driving sales by generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. The Inside Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve targets, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain long-term client relationships. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales metrics, analyzing customer data, and presenting insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales targets
- Proficiency in maintaining and updating sales databases
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of Ed Tech tools and platforms
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
- Relevant experience in the Ed Tech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
