Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive with a focus on the Ed Tech sector. The primary responsibilities will include lead generation, managing customer interactions, and closing sales to achieve targets. The role demands strong communication and the ability to build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers. Professionals in this role will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and convert potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging effectively with clients
- Sales experience with a focus on achieving targets and fostering client relationships
- Proficiency in Hindi (Fluent) is mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Ed Tech industry trends and market dynamics is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a goal-oriented approach
