Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive (Digital Marketing) for a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The role involves engaging with prospective clients to understand their digital marketing needs, generating and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls, and delivering tailored sales presentations. Responsibilities also include nurturing client relationships, addressing their queries, and collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to identify cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key part in driving revenue growth and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for effectively engaging with clients, addressing inquiries, and building lasting relationships.
- Sales expertise with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and converting leads into clients.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic markets and demonstrate a goal-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and an understanding of industry best practices are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
