The Mission
As our Inside Sales Executive, you are the primary engine of our growth. You won't be wandering the streets; you’ll be the voice of our brand, converting high-intent leads from our Meta and Google campaigns into enrolled students. We aren’t looking for "order takers." We need a Sales Hunter who can own the entire B2C funnel—from the first "hello" to the final enrollment fee.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- The Closer: Take ownership of warm inbound leads generated from Meta, Google Ads, and GMB. You are responsible for consistent follow-ups and driving them to closure.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the career aspirations of professionals and students. Match their goals with our training modules (e.g., Offensive security, SOC, CEH, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Maintain high CRM hygiene. You’ll track every lead, ensuring no one falls through the cracks.
- High-Volume Engagement: Manage 40–50 meaningful conversations daily. We value quality, but in B2C sales, volume is the bedrock of success.
- Objection Handling: Navigate concerns regarding pricing, course duration, and ROI with a "problem-solver" mindset.
What We’re Looking For (Requirements)
- Experience: 1–4 years in an Inside Sales or B2C Sales role (EdTech, SaaS, or BFSI experience is a huge plus).
- The "Hunter" DNA: You thrive on targets. You are motivated by performance-based incentives and the thrill of a closed deal.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi/Kannada. you must be able to build rapport instantly over a call.
- Adaptability: You don't need to be a "hacker," but you must be a quick learner. You’ll need to pick up the cybersecurity jargon (SOC, VAPT, CEH) within your first two weeks.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Google Workspace.
