Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Calling Specialist to join our dynamic sales team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in outbound sales or cold calling.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients within the IT industry to introduce our products/services and generate leads.

2. Research and identify potential clients, decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

3. Engage with prospects to understand their business needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.

4. Qualify leads based on established criteria and schedule appointments for further discussions with the sales team.

5. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, update lead information, and manage the sales pipeline.

6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for prospecting and lead generation.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in the IT industry.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospects over the phone and build rapport.

3. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and close appointments.

4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

6. Any Bachelor's degree with relevant cold calling experience

7. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

8. Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
