Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive (BPO) located in Bengaluru. The role involves engaging with potential customers to generate and convert leads, maintaining strong communication and customer service standards, managing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to identify opportunities to upsell services and achieve sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and maintain client relationships
- Proactive mindset with problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in the BPO or related industry is advantageous
- Proficiency in handling CRM software and sales tools is a plus
- Relevant degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
