Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, based in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for connecting with potential customers to identify their requirements, generating leads, and promoting NoBroker's services. Responsibilities include maintaining effective communication, providing excellent customer service, and converting leads into successful transactions. The role requires meeting sales targets, maintaining a customer-centric approach, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Sales acumen with a focus on achieving targets and building client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and an understanding of real estate services is a plus
- Prior experience in real estate, Proptech, or a similar field is advantageous
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage
