Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, building relationships, and closing deals to promote the company’s services. The role involves understanding customer requirements, pitching suitable services, maintaining client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets through proactive outreach and communication with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inside Sales and effective lead generation skills.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients.
- Proven ability to work in a sales-driven environment and meet targets.
- Proficiency in building relationships and explaining complex services to customers.
- Problem-solving mindset, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a team-driven environment.
- Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
