Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Executive will handle lead generation, communicate effectively with potential clients, and provide exceptional customer service to assist customers in their property-related needs. Responsibilities include converting leads into successful sales, understanding customer requirements, promoting services, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and a track record of successful lead conversion
- Experience in Lead Generation and building customer pipelines
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening and clarity in communication
- Ability to drive Sales and meet or exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction
- Comfortable working onsite in Bengaluru
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
