Role Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Executive - B2C for a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, identifying and nurturing leads, and driving sales. Day-to-day activities include understanding customer needs, providing suitable solutions, managing customer inquiries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with potential customers
- Experience in Sales, including achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to understand customer requirements and deliver the right solutions
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and highly organized
- Prior experience in B2C sales environments is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
