Role Objective
The Pre-Sales Executive will act as a key support function within the sales ecosystem by managing lead
qualification, maintaining data accuracy, and strengthening the sales pipeline. The role ensures that Sales and Key Account Management teams receive well-qualified, research-backed, and meeting-ready opportunities, leading to faster closures and improved conversion rates.
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify leads received from CRM, website enquiries, call center/reservations, partners, and internal sources
- Manage fresh leads, renewals, dormant/low-activity accounts, and expansion opportunities
- Maintain accurate and updated data in CRM (company details, contacts, opportunity stages, and group linkages)
- Coordinate with Sales, KAM, Operations, and Call Center teams for timely follow-ups and insights
- Prepare and share dashboards/reports on pipeline health, lead quality, and low-booking accounts
- Identify and flag potential risks to prevent revenue leakage and last-minute escalations
