Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and support the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert leads into sales through phone calls, emails, and online interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers through calls, emails, and digital channels.
- Qualify leads and identify customer requirements.
- Present and explain the company's water purification products and services.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product information.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to close sales.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the field sales and operations teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build long-term relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitor activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
