Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Team member to join our US time shift team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calling, and inbound inquiries to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Zilmoney's offerings.
- Identify customer pain points, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions that address their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.
- Effectively communicate with decision-makers and key stakeholders at various organizational levels to understand their buying process and timelines.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, achieve sales targets, and optimize the overall sales process.
- Track and manage sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM software or other sales management tools.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality, customer preferences, and market insights to improve marketing campaigns and collateral.
- Participate in sales training programs and continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills to deliver effective sales pitches and overcome objections.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) industry.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence, and engage customers over the phone or through virtual meetings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and consultative sales approach.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track activities, and generate reports.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of financial technology (fintech) or payment processing industry is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a rapidly evolving startup environment.
