Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, identifying customer needs, and building strong client relationships. The role involves engaging with potential clients, following up on inquiries, providing product information, and setting up meetings or demos with the sales team to support revenue goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales with experience in lead generation
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- A solid background in Sales with a demonstrable ability to meet or exceed targets
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience required
