Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves daily activities such as generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for converting prospects into customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of Sales strategies and the ability to effectively pitch products and services.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in working with call center software or CRM solutions is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
