Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Role Brief
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Inside Sales Executives / Debt Counsellors. In this role, you will work closely with prospective customers facing financial challenges, guide them through suitable solutions, and assist them with onboarding.
This position offers valuable experience in sales, customer service, financial counselling, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for helping customers achieve financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customer leads through inbound and outbound calls to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Evaluate customers’ financial situations including income, expenses, and outstanding liabilities to assess eligibility for solutions.
- Provide guidance regarding financial planning, budgeting, debt management, and savings strategies.
- Assist customers with enrollment, explaining benefits, requirements, and next steps.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, verified, and accurately updated in CRM systems.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to monitor progress, resolve concerns, and ensure engagement.
- Manage leads effectively with timely follow-ups and proper categorization.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company compliance guidelines while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to share customer feedback and improve programs/services.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- MBA / PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with B2C sales experience, fintech, banking, NBFC, or financial services background preferred.
Functional Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English & Hindi. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and financial products.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for customers.
- Basic knowledge of budgeting, debt management, and savings.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
