Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Be the voice of Websites.co.in to potential customers, helping millions of micro-businesses build a digital presence.
- Understand customer needs and pitch the right premium website solutions over calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Guide users through onboarding and explain the benefits of paid plans, including SEO, domain, and business tools.
- Convert free users to paying customers by establishing trust and showcasing product value.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Share product feedback with the team to improve user experience.
- Collaborate closely with support and product teams for a seamless customer journey.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in B2C inside sales or telecalling is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Comfortable communicating in English and Hindi; other regional languages are a bonus.
- Understanding of websites, domains, SEO, and digital business tools is an added advantage.
- Goal-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a learner's mindset.
- Thrives in high-growth startup environments with minimal supervision.
