Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or client handling. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to generate leads, follow up with clients, and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Explain company products/services to potential clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth closures.
- Maintain customer database and update daily reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and team player.
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer handling.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate, construction, or service industry will be an added advantage.
- Fluent in Hindi and basic English communication.
