About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with leads, qualifying prospects, conducting product demos, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers for our SaaS products and digital solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys client conversations, sales pitching, and achieving targets in a fast-growing technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities
• Conduct product introductions and demos via calls or virtual meetings
• Build and maintain a healthy inside sales pipeline
• Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development team when required
• Understand client requirements and pitch relevant SaaS or digital solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and deal stages in CRM
• Work closely with the marketing and business development teams
• Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets
Required Qualifications
• Any Graduate
Experience Required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / SaaS Sales
Required Skills
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to engage prospects over phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Good understanding of B2B sales processes
• Ability to handle objections and nurture leads
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented mindset with strong sales enthusiasm
Language Requirements
• Good communication in English and Hindi is required
• Knowledge of any regional language ( Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, Telugu) will be an added advantage
Additional Requirements
• Own Laptop is Mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
