Job Title: Revenue Growth Executive (IT Sales)
Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai
Work Shift: International Shift Timings
Experience Required: 1 – 5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Requirement
- Candidates should have strong exposure to IT Sales within the industry
- Proven experience in handling international clients (US/UK/APAC markets preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Roles & Responsibilities
🔹 Sales & Revenue Generation
- Identify, generate, and close new business opportunities in international markets
- Execute outbound sales activities including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
🔹 Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Engage with international clients to understand their IT requirements
- Present and sell IT services/solutions (software, SaaS, development services, etc.)
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business
🔹 Sales Cycle Management
- Manage end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams for solution delivery
🔹 Market Research & Strategy
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market demands
- Identify new opportunities for revenue growth in global markets
🔹 Reporting & CRM Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools
- Track pipeline, forecasts, and provide regular performance reports
🔹 International Shift Responsibilities
- Work in alignment with international time zones (primarily US/UK)
- Attend late evening/night client calls and meetings
- Ensure timely follow-ups and professional communication across geographies
🧠Key Skills
- Strong IT Sales / International Sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Negotiation and closing abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to work in night shifts
