As part of your day-to-day work, you will do
- Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to upsell/upgrade
- insurance packages and wellness plans.
- Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions.
- Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat
- business.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or
- financial services.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge over Up-selling & Cross-Selling of products.
- Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively.
- Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
