Role: Inside Sales Executive- Tamil (Who can speak Tamil language)
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating sales leads, maintaining relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working with sales teams to achieve revenue goals, managing sales pipelines, and consistently striving to meet customer and company objectives.
*Calling potential customers in the plastic and rubber industry
* Coordinating product sampling and trials
* Scheduling customer meetings for field sales team
* Following up with customers regarding product feedback
* Exploring new application segments and market opportunities
* Maintaining customer data and follow-up records
Candidate Profile
* Experience: 3+ years in Inside Sales / Customer Coordination / Industrial Sales
* Exposure to plastic, polymer, rubber, additives, chemicals, or related industries preferred
* Experience in technical sales / B2B sales will be an advantage
* Good communication and coordination skills
* Comfortable with customer calling and follow-ups
