Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Pune Division. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, managing client inquiries, developing relationships with prospective customers, and converting leads into sales. The role will also involve providing excellent customer service, maintaining client accounts, and collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Inside Sales, with a focus on building and managing client relationships
- Strong Lead Generation and Sales skills with a proactive approach to achieving targets
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is valued
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Strong work ethic, proactive mindset, and problem-solving capability
