Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role based in Bengaluru South. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and effective sales strategies. You will engage with prospective clients, manage communications to understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions. Building strong relationships with customers and collaborating with internal teams will be essential to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Inside Sales, including prospecting, pitching, and closing deals
- Experience with Lead Generation and the ability to identify and qualify potential clients
- Excellent Communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Customer Service to provide a positive client experience and address queries effectively
- A solid understanding of Sales methodologies and strategies to achieve targets
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
