About the Role
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to manage inbound and outbound sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting demos, nurturing leads through the sales cycle, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound product demos for qualified leads.
- Perform cold calling and schedule demos from existing databases and new prospects.
- Prepare and send proposals for inbound leads.
- Manage the complete sales cycle — from initial contact to deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements to successfully close deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Manage existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through research, cold calling, and social selling.
- Conduct monthly webinars to generate leads, nurture prospects, and showcase product capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or similar roles.
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow structured sales processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Target-driven with strong negotiation and closing skills.
