Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience to drive revenue through proactive outreach, lead generation, and client engagement. This role requires availability during US business hours and offers an exceptional opportunity for rapid career and financial growth, global exposure, and direct collaboration with the Company's Top Management.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct 50+ outbound cold calls per shift, targeting prospects for our Telxio ICT solutions
· Book qualified appointments and hand off leads to the field sales team for closure
· Monitor the Telxio website for new sign-ups and engage inbound visitors promptly
· Prospect via LinkedIn and social media to reach key decision-makers
· Manage follow-up calls with new, existing, and re-engaged customers
· Handle customer queries via email and phone with a solutions-first approach
· Collaborate on pitches, presentations, and proposals with the sales team
· Maintain daily activity logs and present weekly performance reports against targets
Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
· Minimum 1 year of B2B inside sales experience in IT, Telecom, or Software
· Available to work US business hours
· Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and digital outreach
Preferred Skills
· Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social media prospecting
· Consultative selling approach with strong communication and presentation skills
· Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
