Key Responsibilities:
· Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels
· Identify client requirements and pitch Surepass verification and onboarding solutions
· Schedule product demos and coordinate with the business development team
· Build and maintain strong client relationships with fintech, banking, NBFC, and enterprise clients
· Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline effectively
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM tools
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or GPT.
· Experience in fintech, API sales, KYC solutions, or technology products preferred.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Ability to understand technical products and explain solutions to clients.
· Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Prior experience working with fintech, regtech, SaaS, or digital onboarding solutions.
· Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
