💡 Role Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated Inside Sales Executive to generate and qualify the leads into sales opportunities. This role focuses on engaging prospects, understanding their needs, and positioning our product effectively to move deals forward, working closely with marketing, and sales to build a strong pipeline.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Engage inbound and outbound leads via calls, and emails.
- Generate database using different channels.
- Qualify prospects and identify decision-makers, needs, and buying intent.
- Pitch product to the prospects and generate interests.
- Schedule demos and sales meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up consistently to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
✅ Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in inside sales/BDR/SDR (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable selling over phone, email, and video calls
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Ability to understand customer's requirements
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
