Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves handling inside sales, generating and qualifying leads, managing customer relationships, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. The Inside Sales Executive will also provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction while working in collaboration with other departments to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales and expertise in Lead Generation techniques
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Demonstrated ability to meet Sales targets and contribute to team objectives
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
