Job Title: Inside Sales Executive – AI & Autonomous Systems
Location: Kochi (Hybrid / Remote flexibility)
Job Summary
We are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive to drive lead generation, qualification, and early-stage customer engagement for RoshAi’s AI-powered autonomous and industrial solutions. The role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline by engaging with enterprise customers across logistics, manufacturing, seaports, and mobility sectors.
You will work closely with the pre-sales, marketing, and leadership teams to convert inbound and outbound opportunities into qualified business prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach
- Identify and research potential customers across target industries (logistics, ports, manufacturing, automotive)
- Execute outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls
- Generate and qualify leads through structured discovery conversations
Sales Qualification
- Understand customer pain points and map them to RoshAi’s offerings (Level 4 Autonomy OS, Retrofit Autonomy, Vision AI solutions)
- Qualify leads based on business fit, budget, and decision-making authority
- Schedule meetings and demos for the pre-sales / leadership team
Pipeline Management
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and opportunity data
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Ensure consistent pipeline growth aligned with revenue targets
Collaboration
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams for solution alignment
- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, events, and lead nurturing
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to refine GTM strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development (preferably B2B tech or SaaS)
- Strong communication and articulation skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to understand and pitch complex technology solutions (AI, robotics, SaaS)
- Experience in cold outreach, lead qualification, and CRM tools
- Self-driven with a strong ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to AI/ML, robotics, industrial automation, or deep-tech domains
- Experience in selling enterprise or industrial solutions
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Meetings/demos scheduled
- Conversion rate from lead to opportunity
- Pipeline value contribution
- Outreach activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touchpoints)
