Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional to support RicherMinds as a key contributor in customer engagement and sales initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for inside sales, generating leads, interacting with clients, providing excellent customer service, and driving business goals. They will work closely with prospective candidates to identify their needs and recommend suitable educational programs and career pathways.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
- Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Sales with an understanding of the education sector is highly preferred
- Proactive approach and ability to meet sales targets
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
