Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Executive. The role involves generating and following up on leads, engaging directly with potential clients, and managing the end-to-end sales process. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing client relationships, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the team’s sales targets. Additionally, the role includes understanding and presenting Realatte’s digital marketing services effectively to potential clients.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and follow up with prospective clients
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively and build strong relationships with clients
- Experience in Sales with a focus on achieving targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in real estate or digital marketing sales would be an added advantage
