We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to convert user interest into revenue through direct engagement.
Role Overview
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, managing conversations, and driving conversions through digital channels such as Instagram, chat, and other online platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users through DMs, chats, and other digital platforms
- Convert user interest into paid customers (entry-level products)
- Drive upsell conversions to premium offerings
- Handle objections and maintain consistent follow-ups
- Maintain daily outreach and engagement targets
- Collaborate with the team to improve conversion strategies
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable interacting with new people and initiating conversations
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer engagement
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or online selling is preferred
Compensation
- Fixed salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives linked to sales
