Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for an Inside Sales Executive. In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, conducting lead generation, managing sales pipelines, developing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet sales targets. You will also focus on providing exceptional customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify prospects, nurture relationships, and convert opportunities into successful client partnerships
- Strong Communication skills to effectively convey solutions, address queries, and build rapport with clients
- Experience in Customer Service to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Sales capabilities with a focus on achieving targets, negotiating deals, and managing pipelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the technology or IT services industry is a plus
