Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated sales executive with 0-1 years of inside sales and lead generation experience. The candidate must be eager for sales prospecting, cold outreach, and demo setting and setting up qualified leads with decision-makers. You will work closely with the Sales Director to open new conversations, nurture leads, and build the foundation for long-term B2B sales growth.

Role Summary
- We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive with 0–1 year of experience in inside sales and lead generation. This role focuses on sales prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification, and demo coordination with key decision-makers. You will work closely with the Sales Director to initiate conversations, nurture prospects, and support the growth of the B2B sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads through online platforms, databases, and professional networks.
- Conduct cold outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations with prospective clients.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess business needs, decision-making authority, and readiness.
- Schedule and coordinate product demos for qualified prospects, ensuring alignment with their business challenges and goals.
- Follow up post-demo to gather feedback, clarify queries, and support the sales team during proposal and closing stages.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and monitor key sales activity metrics such as outbound calls, emails sent, and demos scheduled for performance reporting.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 0–1 year of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B sales.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of sales processes including lead qualification, pipeline management, and activity tracking.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently as well as within a team.
- Strong interest in sales, prospecting, and building long-term business relationships.
