Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving lead generation, nurturing potential customers, managing sales pipelines, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their unique logistics needs. The role includes building and maintaining strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets. Close collaboration with other departments, proactive outreach, and contributing to process improvement are key components of the position.
Qualifications
- Experience with Inside Sales and proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and identifying potential clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to understand logistics solutions and tailor them to client needs
- Motivated and results-oriented, with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or B2B sales is advantageous
