About the RolePodosphere Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves engaging with MSME businesses, understanding their needs, and pitching our certification and funding consultancy services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cold calling and outreach to MSME businesses across India
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads
- Pitch certification and funding consultancy services effectively
- Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with daily activity and lead status
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into closures
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements- 0–3 years of experience in inside sales / telecalling / business development
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections
- Basic understanding of MSME ecosystem (preferred but not mandatory)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
